Location :- BTS ,SoHo, Kuantan , 1 Borneo , SS2, Klang , Beach Street , Ipoh , Taman Molek , Kuching , Api-Api , Pulau Tikus , Seberang Jaya , Seremban , Melaka , Batu Pahat , Taman Pelangi ,Miri FULL TRAINIG PROVIDED - RM1800 to RM2000 (4 months duration) Must haves: Minimum SPM/O’level qualification MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint Able to read & write in English & Malay Can speak & communicate clearly Can manage data entry, and handle data processing work The role: Role 1 (Finance Operations) x 1 Create Credit Note to each dealer for subsidy daily (RRP less phone price to customer) Create receipt in Oracle AR for each dealer daily To update/offset credit note and receipt to invoice issued to each dealers daily (to reduce Dealers owing) Monitor AR aging for each and every dealer To solve potential un-reconciled AR and collection items Highlight discrepancies between bank statement v GL (BCS) to Sales Support Role 2 (Device Management) x 1 To do PR tracking once PR is created by Device Management To do monthly stock take at Brightstar To manage daily sales order creation which involves (daily min 112 sales order a day) Release sales order Upload of IMEI Transact Order Shipped Confirmation Order To monitor daily stocks & check on daily orders with Brightstar To raise daily sales order for all dealers (for all 33 Touch Points) To receive and send invoice daily to all related dealers To do reconciliation for stocks & payment in case of discrepancies Role 3 (Sales Support) x 1 Dealer Minimum Stock Monitoring Review daily dealers stock count via InPowered, matching of Sell In versus Sell Thru Make sure dealers replenish within 48 hours Need to come up with simpler Excel template to monitor Notify the Head of Sales to replenish stock Daily Sales Matching of BSCS versus InPowered Need to know if any dealers missed out keying in into any particular system Penalise dealers that don’t key into both systems Produce Dealer Performance Summary 3 tabs: Daily sales (cumulative / for each model) Current stock quantity level at each dealer Errors / Culprits Shared amongst Sales & Product teams Role 4 (MPP Contract Enforcement) x 1 Daily monitoring of exception reports for Postpaid contracts To ensure that all terminations are recorded, fulfilled & tagged correctly To flag all termination issues and incomplete terminations immediately To reconcile termination collections versus records
